Most scientists agree that living systems adhere to the scientific principles of quantum chaos. Quantum chaos is a pattern that connects and integrates everything at a quantum level – that is below our conscious awareness. Therefore, the scientific principles of quantum chaos apply to companies and businesses.
Roslyn Snyder developed Realm Theory – possibly, the only comprehensive framework for how life works, enabling simple solutions to complex issues. Realm Theory integrates quantum physics, mathematics, spirituality and consciousness based on universal scientific principles.
For the last ten years Roslyn has been operationalising Realm Theory for people, culture and life in communities and businesses. She has refined simple resources, experiential trainings and instrumentations. Her key focus is developing leaders to know how the hidden patterns of life direct their business or community; which are living systems.
WISDOM in Your Life has over 25 years research and development into applying quantum chaos to people. From the human mind, within, to the relationships and connections between people, to culture that surrounds us. Roslyn Snyder, a cultural psychologist founded WISDOM in Your Life in 1999 and published Realm Theory in 2017. Bryn Edwards, a Business Consultant, with Masters in Organisation Psychology applies Realm Theory to business. Together they will deliver six days training.

A WISDOM Hub offers WISDOM in Your Life Healing Minds and/or Connecting People programs. Licensed WISDOM Therapists and WISDOM Facilitators deliver these programs.
Are a group of 3 – 12 people within an organisation or community which are trained WISDOM Mentors which can enable Earth School programs, Life Journey Clubs and deliver a range of 3 hours WISDOM in Your Life programs. Licensed WISDOM Mentors deliver these programs.
An individual person who has undertaken the Six Day Professional Training and can demonstrate Mastery in their life. Part of the WISDOM network.
has undertaken six days Knowing Life Training, can demonstrate application to their own life, an art project that demonstrates understanding of the Map, and Compass, trained in the delivery of three hour programs.
The license fee for WISDOM Mentors is $1,100 per year or $550 NFP. This includes 2 professional training sessions – 4 hours plus access to outlines and handouts for the programs. Mentors pay for the printing of these. Mentors purchase Earth Schools and SRTK at reduced rates and can charge participants the recommended price.

Has a formal mental health qualification and membership of a Professional Body (if applicable) has undertaken 20 days Knowing Life Training, can demonstrate application to their own life, completed an art project demonstrating understanding of the Map, and Compass, trained in the delivery of the three hour programs, 6 hour, 1 day and 2 day programs. This usually takes 2 to 3 years.
The license fee for WISDOM Facilitators and Therapists is $3,300 per year or $1650 NFP. This includes 4 days of professional training sessions plus access to outlines and handouts for the programs. Facilitators and Therapists pay for the printing of these.
This training is often described as the missing link as it fits in between everything else you know and expands your mind. Several independent evaluations have been completed including a Psychology Doctoral Thesis, part of which interviewed 17 professionals in how they have used this training. While many of our programs use ‘the map’, ‘your compass’ and quantum chaotic consciousness the focus of the training is different.
Any profession that involves people will benefit from this training.
Most traditional training relies on verbal consciousness: the ability to put into words knowledge and experiences or training that is non-verbal and unconscious is explorative at best.
Our training is different, using well researched and established science (quantum physics, mathematics and consciousness), combined with the experience of story, song, art, dance/movement we show ways of knowing that will influence your professional practice.
