We measure, transform, and align hidden patterns to life: for people, systems, and cultures
Based on visual metaphors, using internationally common language modalities [art, song, story and dance], our programs transform and align hidden patterns.
On the surface, they look like a series of simple tasks, however, they take people on a subtle yet powerful journey.
Traditional training relies on reading and listening alone, research show that people retain less than 10% of this. Whereas our simple, integrated and inclusive experiences have a 90% retention leading to deep lasting knowing.
Our facilitators are highly trained, have spent years personally transforming and aligning their lives. Each bring unique life experiences, are culturally intelligent and create spaces for people to do what they need to do. They all came into Wisdom in Your Life concerned by the prevalence of the destructive pattern in life – something that has been felt in their families and workplaces.
We now share a purpose to transform the world with wisdom and compassion, teaching ways of being that align with life patterns.

Roslyn Snyder – Executive Director
Roslyn Snyder developed Realm Theory – possibly, the only comprehensive framework for how life works, enabling simple solutions to complex issues. Realm Theory integrates quantum physics, mathematics, spirituality and consciousness based on universal scientific principles. Roslyn visualises the many hidden patterns that make up Realm Theory.
After a twelve year career in applied science, Roslyn graduated with first class honours in psychology in 1995. She established a rural Division of General Practice, designing six health programs, two of which were implemented across Australia due to the simplicity of service and the health outcomes. She developed ‘the map’, which is a visual tool that reframes complex psychological processes. Roslyn authored Journey to the centre of your life – the map, which Professor Clinton described “as the nearest thing to a handbook for life”. ‘The Map’ has been used for over 25 years as a tool in mental health, community development and strategic decision making. One independent evaluation showed a 95% success rate in functionality for people with chronic mental health issues. ‘The map’ is a simple solution to complex issues, that is born out of Realm Theory. She authored two more books based on visual frameworks, each has many applications.
Roslyn secured government contracts that applied these visual frameworks to mental health, capacity building, leadership, empowerment and chronic disease, half were in Aboriginal communities. The Australian Institute of Family Studies used her community based suicide prevention program to establish their best practice for youth mental health in 2001. Another project won a Prime Minister’s Award for community business partnership. She also has a private psychology practice, in which Realm Theory is applied to the human mind.
In 2007, Dr Beth Jackson completed a Psychology Doctorate exploring the theoretical complexity of ‘the map’. Realising the importance of proving Realm Theory, Roslyn then enrolled in a PhD and presented a poster on Realm Theory in 2008 at the International Congress of Psychology. Later she published a mathematical proof for Realm Theory in 2017– life flows through eight phase spaces across eleven dimensions according to laws of nature – connecting everything. Every thing has a Nature, Place and Purpose in the Hidden Patterns of Life. Einstein spent his last 30 years searching for a universal theory based on the laws of nature.
For the last ten years Roslyn has been operationalising Realm Theory for people, culture and life in communities and businesses. She has refined simple resources, experiential trainings and instrumentations. Her key focus is developing leaders to know how the hidden patterns of life direct their business or community; which are living systems.
Storm Motohata – Consultant
Storm is a Nyul Nyul and Yawuru woman from the Kimberley region of Western Australia and grew up living off the land. She started in WA Health in an entry level position in 2011 and quickly advanced into Strategy and Consultancy. Storm came into WISDOM in Your Life in 2017, inherently resonating with the hidden patterns of life of Realm Theory and her ability to apply this in her practice. Realm Theory connected to her deep knowing from living off the land.
Since joining WISDOM in Your Life Storm has led Leadership Integrity and Cultural Capability programs with CBA, Bankwest, Woodside, City of Melville, Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS); Western Power; BSS Psychology; Chandler Macleod and Wesfarmers.
Storm is an exceptional facilitator, with a powerful capability to surface people’s hidden patterns from within themselves to draw out their innate leadership qualities. She can then weave these together to cement the connections between people in the room. Thus creating cohesion, integrity and unity of the team.

Bryn led a successful management consultancy career, managing complex programs for clients such as Accenture, Chevron, London Underground, Rolls Royce, and Nottingham City; implementing the UK’s second city-wide congestion charge scheme.
Throughout his 15+ years in management consultancy, Bryn repeatedly observed a persistent gap in senior management’s ability to navigate complexity, identify patterns, and apply practical wisdom in decision-making.
Frustrated by witnessing the same recurring challenges in leadership across various organizations, Bryn sought to look beyond his master’s degree in Organisational Psychology for a more comprehensive framework to develop effective solutions. He found Roslyn and Realm Theory.
After an extensive 3-year mentorship, with Roslyn, Bryn shares her key focus and now applies Realm Theory to leadership development, cultural capability building and helping organisations thrive amidst complexity
Bryn combines years of solving business issues with a natural capacity to focus at a foundational systemic level of operating that most either can’t or won’t go to.

Wella is a Ngarluma Yinjibarndi woman from the Pilbara region of Western Australia (WA) with connections to Nyikina and Nyul Nyul people from the Kimberley region of WA. She came to Whadjuk Country (Perth, WA) in 2013 to further her education graduating in 2017 with a Bachelor of Counselling from the University of Notre Dame Fremantle. Focussing her learning on understanding the patterns of colonisation and decolonising and finding her way working in the Health system, she deepened her understanding by observing these patterns act out through people and finding these patterns embedded in certain places within structures of our systems.
Wella broadened her skills and knowledge in the Art of Visual Scribing to surface these unseen patterns in the work we do and in the conversations we have. Currently she is in training for facilitation with Wisdom in Your Life. , does visual scribing and specialises in decolonisation strategies, critical to our Sustainable Indigenous Employment Framework.
