SHIPPING
When you order a hard copy of any products, which includes books, charts, kits and packs, a receipt will be immediately issued electronically.
All orders within Australia will have a flat postage fee of $15. Within Australia I use Australia Post, most times the order should reach you within 7 to 10 working days. [I live in a rural area 100kms from Perth and occasionally a package has taken 5 days to reach Perth]. I will let you know the day your order is posted.
Overseas orders. Postage is charged at cost. There is a postage calculator so you will know how much it will cost before you finalise your order. Orders may take up to 30 days to get to you, and during the Christmas period 6 to 8 weeks is not unheard of. Although I had a kit arrive in England within 36 hours. Once again I will let you know the day your order is posted.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGE OF HARD COPY PRODUCTS
If your items arrive damaged, please let me know and I will arrange new copies to be sent to you immediately. If you are unhappy with the products in any way please return for a complete refund. No refunds are available if you simply change your mind.
E-BOOKS
Most of my books are also available as an e-book, the first chapter is available free so you get a chance to make an informed decision. The workbook is also available chapter by chapter. There is no refund for e-books. Please remember E-books are also subject to copyright laws.
The e-books are only available as pdfs at the moment. This is due to the number of images within each of the books, which is not suitable for other formats at this stage. However, this may change in the future.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS
Early bird rates apply up to a month before workshops.
- Cancellation within 7 days of workshop no refund.
- Cancellation within 7 to 14 days 50% refund.
- Cancellation within 30 days a 10% administrative payment is required
- Cancellation prior to 30 days full refund.
