Roslyn Snyder, a psychologist has taught these ten lessons to everyone for over 20 years. She still practice these lessons herself.

Each lesson has a video to teach the concept. Then an activity for you to do. Some lessons have two parts.  Photograph what you have done and upload it. Simple.
